By playing Space Duel (the “Game”), operated by an individual developer (“ksquarekr”, “we”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
Space Duel is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.

The only content you submit is a display name and your scores. You are responsible for the name you choose. We may moderate, edit, or delete leaderboard entries and reset boards at any time.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your leaderboard data may be lost, reset, or unavailable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Game. As the Game is free, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to use it (zero).
Game code and original art are owned by the developer. Music is used under CC0 (public domain); see the in-game/repository credits. You may not redistribute the Game as your own.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.
We may revise these terms; continued play after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always the one posted here.
